Long-Term Client Relationships

Because the entire Ambitech organization is focused on delivering superior engineering, design, procurement, construction and project management services to our valued clients, we believe the only true measure of our doing this successfully is the length and number of long-term business relationships we are privileged to hold.  Nearly all of our work comes from repeat clients and many of our business relationships originate from the year the firm was established over 25 years ago. Both results are indicative of our unceasing commitment to meeting our clients’ business needs.

Long-Term Employee Relationships

Because Ambitech strives to treat its employees equal to its clients, we consider a measure of our doing this successfully to be the high-caliber of employees we continue to attract and the length and number of long-term employee relationships we are fortunate to maintain. Our annual employee turnover rate is routinely and significantly below industry standards and a large number of our personnel have been with the firm since the first few years of its inception. We believe both occurrences to be indicative of our unceasing commitment to meeting our employees’ needs.
